Progress on the site.
I've been working on this site since the beginning of the year. I don't expect to have it done until late summer. There's still quite a bit to do and I'm writing it all in my spare time.
What I do have, is a vision. I have an idea that I want to materialize. That idea and vision is this website.
I envision a simple database-driven website that will allow me to catalog everywhere I travel around Asia. I can make my entries public or private. If public, others can comment or bookmark my entries. Asia Voyager will be an adventure database for the solo male traveler.
Private notes and comments can include pictures. If I meet someone I want to remember from a particular place, I can snap a photo of them and save it. All those little details that I seem to forget over time, will now have a storage space. Some place I can easily access and recall during my future voyages.
This is my vision for Asia Voyager.
The main shell of the website, the profile and user login system, the internal message system, and now the article system have all been completed. All I really need to do now is complete the "Establishments" system.
